The UI will likely be readily customized by someone who has knowledge of XHTML or whatever they were written in. If you look up DARNified UI for Oblivion you'll see how much one fellow was able to do. Maybe he or someone else with the knowhow can start thinking about it. But to summarize, yes, it should be totally fixable.

I respect everything you said.I used the term manual install because I figured those who were familiar with the FNV Nexus modding community would understand that term since it's commonly used there. Also on the Project Nevada mod page there are instruction for how to do a manual install.Now the reason I still will defend my post as to why a Manual install will work is because back when I was modding my game I periodically made back ups of the main FNV folder just incase I installed a game breaking mod and had to do a clean install. Well at one pooint while I was installing ENBs I started to get eh missing HUD extession error, I noticed that none of the Project Nevada mechanics were working ingame so I figured the problem must be exsclusively with that mod.I reinstalled it several times with FOMM to no avail, unitl I decided to manually install it. For some reason that worked, idk why but it did.

To test out if that was the cause I reinstalled by back up data, went through the steps to get the glitch, and solved it the same way.Now I realize all of this is anecdotal, but like I said at the very top this is what worked for me.
