It helps me to add unity to the group. Despite this work style quality,I'm actually good with follow through and I am not a dreamer.I like working with a Amiable person because they don't have conflicts at work. My least favorite and most difficult is the driver because they like control.Every team needs balance and a combination of all in order to provide various view points etc. Did you find this user comment useful? I am not surprised by the results. I think I help myself and the team by keeping things positive, and enjoying a team atmosphere in the unit. It holds me back sometimes because I can lose focus easily, and am not good with confrontation and disagreements, especially as I follow my heart and my gut quite a lot. I enjoy working with other amicable and expressive people, especially as they enjoy teamwork and tend to be enthusiastic as well. I have the most difficult time with Drivers, as sometimes I don't agree with something, but my personality makes it difficult to face confrontation, so I tend to 'go with the flow' to avoid conflict. It's valuable to understand my co-workers working styles because it impacts how my day goes as well. If I'm working with teamwork oriented people that shift, it goes so much smoother and tends to be more fun, despite whatever situations arise.

Hurts by possibly not considering others' feelings and emotions.Driver is easiest to work with because I need a 'push' sometimes to not get lost in the weeds.Expressive is most difficult to work with because I find emotional reactions can detract from the job to be done.It is valuable to know colleagues' working styles because it can help predict their reactions to situations.
